Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Stellar LIVE websites, apps, and related services (the "Service") operated by ConnectOne Technologies ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Stellar LIVE lets people watch and host live streams, chat, send gifts, manage profiles, and related features. Some features (including going live) may require the mobile app. Features may change over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of content you create and share. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you stream or upload.

4. Acceptable use

You must follow our Community Guidelines. You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at scale without permission, interfere with other users, or use the Service for unlawful activity.

5. Coins, gifts, and payments

Virtual coins and gifts have no cash value outside the Service unless we expressly say otherwise. Purchases may be processed by third-party payment providers (such as Stripe). Sales may be final except where required by law. We may adjust balances for error, fraud, or abuse.

6. Moderation and enforcement

We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, or restrict features when we believe it is necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms and our guidelines. Automated systems may review content before it is shown.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Live streaming depends on networks and devices we do not control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConnectOne Technologies and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice for material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
