This Privacy Policy explains how ConnectOne Technologies ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Stellar LIVE (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

Account information

When you sign up we collect information such as email address, username, display name, and password (stored via our authentication provider). You may also add a profile photo or bio.

Content and activity

We process live stream media, chat messages, direct messages, gifts, reports, schedules, and similar activity so the Service can function and stay safe.

Technical data

We collect device and log information such as IP address, browser or app version, and approximate usage telemetry needed for reliability, security, and debugging.

Payments

If you buy coins, payment details are processed by our payment provider (for example, Stripe). We receive confirmation of purchases and related account identifiers, not your full card number.

2. How we use information

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service
• Authenticate accounts and personalize your experience
• Moderate content and enforce our Community Guidelines
• Process transactions and prevent fraud or abuse
• Communicate about the Service, security, and support
• Comply with law and protect rights and safety

3. Moderation and safety

Text and profile content may be reviewed by automated systems (including Stellar Guard) and, when needed, by human moderators. We may retain moderation records related to enforcement decisions.

4. Sharing

We share information with:

• Service providers that help us run the platform (hosting, authentication, streaming, payments, analytics, email)
• Other users, when you choose to make content public (for example, a live stream)
• Authorities when required by law or to protect people from serious harm

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. You can request account deletion through support; some records may be retained where required.

6. Your choices

• Update profile information in settings
• Control some privacy preferences for streams and account features
• Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable law provides those rights

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). If we learn we have collected personal information from a child below that age, we will take steps to delete it.

8. International transfers

We may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws than your home country.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy and will revise the "Last updated" date when we do. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by email when appropriate.
